• Kopija putovnice
• Prijepis ocjena
• Potpisani ugovor o učenju od strane prodekana fakulteta (koordinatora i prorektorice za međunarodna suradnja (studenti su dužni provjerite sa svojim voditeljima odijela na fakultetu koje kolegije mogu uzeti kako bi im se mogli priznati po povratku s razmjene, a prema Erasmus+ programu minimalni broj ECTS je 20) – u privitku emaila.

• first and last name as it appears in the passport,
• student’s email address,
• semester/s student is nominated for,
• official name of home university,
• field/s and level of study
• BA/MA/PhD: learning agreement signed by home university (see attachment)
• PhD/research master: letter of supervision signed by Uni Graz professor(see attachment)

Please remind the following deadlines and information:

      NOMINATION DEADLINE:

o   1 MAY 2017 for the autumn/winter semester 2017/2018

o   1 OCTOBER 2017 for the spring/summer semester 2018

      APPLICATION DEADLINE:

o   1 JUNE 2017 (autumn/winter semester)

o   1 NOVEMBER 2017 (spring/summer semester)
