What is Food Design? Most people think they have a good idea of what Food Design is, only to discover that it is way more than that. In this talk, we will look at this exciting discipline and discover all its far-reaching corners. Then we'll answer the question, how do we design food? Or, how can we best design food that is meaningful, relevant, and innovative? We will consider some important principles of the Food Design Thinking methodology and look at how to start a creative food process easily and effectively.
