Na zanimljivom kongresu „Food Quality and Safety, Health and Nutrition Congress – NUTRICON 2021“ održanom u Ohridu, Makedonija od 9.- 11.6.2021 je sudjelovalo 180 sudionika iz 21 zemlje. Predstavljena su 2 rada autora s Agronomskog i prehrambeno-tehnološkog fakulteta Sveučilišta u Mostaru. Viša asistentica mag.preh.ing. univ.spec.nutr. Nevena Čorić je imala usmeno izlaganje rada: „Dietary habits of high school population in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina“ koje je rađeno u suradnji sa srednjoškolcima Srednje Medicinske škole Sestara Milosrdnica dok je doc. dr. sc. Anita Jurić imala postersko izlaganje rada „Influence of substitution of water with wort on quality of light rye bread“. Ovim radom su predstavljeni rezultati završnog rada studentice Ane Šušac što je podržano od strane Studentskog zbora Sveučilišta u Mostaru i na tome im se zahvaljujemo.
Želimo se zahvaliti prof. dr. sc. Vladimiru Kakurinovu na uspješno održanom kongresu i gostoprimstvu. Stekli smo nove prijatelje i suradnike te se radujemo budućoj suradnji. Posebno nam je zadovoljstvo bilo sudjelovati uživo na kongresu nakon dugo vremena.
